We are currently revamping and structuring new classes to bring to BRICKHOUSE FITNESS. We are excited to bring new opportunities into our community by utilizing our THUNDERDOME area.

Brickhouse for Beginners

This class is for the beginners, take a tour of the various equipment, machines and EVERYTHING you need to know to start building your foundation for fitness!

Dryland Training Class I

Forge into fitness by joining out Dryland Training Class I. This beginner class is a great intro into sled pulls, battle ropes etc.

Dryland Training Class II

Pave the way into a more intermediate class. This class is aimed towards growing athletes looking to build muscle and endurance. Bend don’t break!

Kettlebells 101

Kettle bells are a universal piece in the gym. In this class you will learn the proper form and connecting different muscles with exercises. Need to know more? Contact us and sign up and see it for yourself.

Pump it Up

Whether you’re beginning or continuing your fitness journey, this class will teach you the proper technique! Currently running Tuesday mornings at 10:00 am or Thursdays at 12:00 pm (noon). Drop ins welcome

Stretch & Flow Yoga

Give your body some much needed repair. Release and let your muscles breath through stretch and hold positions.
